Challenge: Fordham Hill, one of NYC’s most undervalued co-ops, lacked visibility despite its incredible potential. For homebuyers priced out of other neighborhoods, it offers a smart investment opportunity—but without an online presence, it was largely overlooked.
Solution: Launch awareness campaigns. Using tone of voice that is confident and ambitious but approachable, we positioned Fordham Hill as a community with effortless living—ideal for first-time or next-home buyers. Through photography and video content, we showcased the elevated quality of life “on the Hill.”
